I'am 13 and I want an electric bike or scooter, gas that rest is best for me (not really mini), and it is at least 18 mph (preferabily 20 could be great if quick). I watched the X-treme XP-700, but all the reviews say, it's cheap and poorly made, and it is so small. Please help me by proving that look wrong or good! If someone finds a good to give the best answer
